Join us in celebrating a successful season and all those who keep youth sailing at the forefront of our club! Event starts at 5:30 PM Dinner at 6:30 PM Live jazz, cocktails and a toast after dinner! Menu: Course 1: Shaved apple and fennel, candied pecans, dried cherries, BaBa blue cheese, white-balsamic vinaigrette Course 2: Seared tenderloin, shiitake mushroom and thyme jus, crushed confit potatoes, grilled brocollini and truffle-herb bread crumbs Course 3: Pear Frangipane Tart with salted caramel gelato
