Our flagship prairie-inspired American Single Malt, matured in 1st-fill bourbon, rye whiskey, rum, & toasted American white oak casks. Made with brewer's pale, Munich, roasted brown, & special dark malted barley. On the nose: Maple brittle, red berries, toasted oak, singed orange peel, & honeysuckle. On the palate: Baklava, bourbon vanilla, baked apple, cocoa, gardenia, & strawberry compote. Pot distilled, non chill-filtered, no color added. 92 Proof/46% ABV

An American Single Malt made with Illinois Peat, hand-harvested by the distillers from the banks of the Mississippi River. On the nose: Wildflowers, prairie grass, puff pastry, meyer lemon, & faint smoke wisp. On the palate: Brioche, white nectarine, lilac, apricots, barley sugar, & herbal honey. Pot distilled, non chill-filtered, no color added. 92 Proof/46% ABV
