**American Stout with Cold Brew Coffee & Coconut - 9% abv** Coconut PM Dawn presents a dark chestnut brown color with khaki head and lacing. Bold, freshly roasted dark coffee aromas swirl to the nose accented by notes of sweet shredded coconut, toasted graham cracker, caramel and chocolate chips. On the palate, cold brew derived flavors of roasted hazelnut and melted dark chocolate interweave with a bright coconut profile calling to mind macaroons, Mounds bars, and Caribbean sugar cake. As with all of our PM Dawn variants, Coconut PM Dawn offers a medium to heavy body with a luscious mouthfeel and a light bitterness for a balanced and smooth finish.

**IPA With Galaxy Hops - 7.2% abv** Our flagship American IPA highlights the distinctively aromatic Australian Galaxy hop. The nose bursts with pine, citrus rind, melon and pineapple. Pronounced flavors of peach, clementine, and tropical fruits are accentuated with moderate bitterness and balanced by a light, biscuity malt character.

**Berliner Weisse with Blackberry & Raspberry - 4.2% abv** Brewed with blackberry and raspberry, the bramble entry to the Daily Serving series pours a glass-coating, deep burgundy color. As soon as the can is cracked, aromas of mixed berry gummies, raspberry preserves, and lively blackberry highlights leave us salivating. Pillowy soft, medium-bodied, and well-balanced, Daily Serving: Blackberry & Raspberry finishes jammy and slightly tart.

**Berliner Weisse with Passion Fruit, Orange Peel & Guava - 4.5% abv** Brewed with passion fruit, orange peel, and guava, this Daily Serving presents light amber in the glass. Waves of tropical notes wash across the palate, with candied passion fruit, guava nectar, juicy mango, and fresh-zested orange peel as the highlights. Satisfyingly balanced, with just the right level of sweetness and acidity, the mouthfeel is soft and coating, as you've come to expect from this series.

**Berliner Weisse with Peach & Apricot - 4.2% abv** Pouring a moderately hazy golden orange color, Daily Serving: Peach & Apricot’s aroma floods the nose with juicy stone fruit. Notes of ripe peach, tangy-sweet apricot, and gentle acidity dance upon the palate. Boasting a palate-coating, soft mouthfeel along with a crisp finish that leaves us longing for another sip.

**Double Dry Hopped IPA with Peacharine Hops - 7.2% abv**

**Double Dry Hopped Double IPA - 8% abv** DDH Vicinity pours a glowing honey yellow color with a thick, creamy haze. Explosive aromas of mango nectar, pineapple sorbet, orange peel, and a touch of honeydew melon race across the palate. A velvety mouthfeel is greeted by a mild bitterness towards the end of each sip. Richly tropical, incredibly soft, and undeniably hop-saturated, Double Dry Hopped Vicinity is a thoroughly satisfying Double IPA.

**India Pale Ale with Citra & Nectaron Hops - 6.5% abv**

**IPA with Citra Hops - 6.6% abv** Our signature American IPA balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. With the smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and dry finish, Fort Point is our standard daily-drinker.

**Irish Stout - 5.2% abv** Roasty. Comforting. Dry. Sessionable. We set out to brew an endlessly drinkable Irish Stout with malt complexity typically reserved for beers with much higher ABVs. An array of roasted and specialty grain is woven together to offer nuance and personality with each sip. Presenting a deep black color with a fluffy, coffee-soaked head, our Irish Stout offers an intricate aroma with welcomed familiarity. Rich milk chocolate, dark roast coffee, toasted biscuit, and subtle caramel all make appearances throughout the glass. Roast-forward, with a welcomed, mildly bitter finish, this traditional offering is one that we're delighted to present to you. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**

**Summer Lager with Lime - 4.5% abv**

**Pale Ale with Mosaic, Galaxy & Citra Hops - 5.5% abv** Pouring a hazy straw yellow, notes of overripe mango, pineapple juice, and passion fruit aromas abound as the beer is poured. The impression of tropical fruit leads into the flavor profile which is layered further by sweet orange zest, peach, and lemongrass. A plush mouthfeel rounds out each sip out with a softness that pairs well with the gentle resinous character.

**IPA with Mosaic Hops - 7.2% abv** This popular edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Mosaic hop. Melcher Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.

**Pale Ale with Nelson Sauvin & Strata Hops - 5.2% abv** Serendipitously born out of a misinterpretation of "Little Brewster", our Small Bird Series of mid-strength Pale Ales offer classic heightened Trillium aromatics, on a refreshingly soft drinkable canvas. Pairing New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops with PNW-grown Strata, Mini Mallard is the latest addition to the flock. Presenting a hazy golden yellow, we're greeted with juice-forward notes of fresh fruit salad, candied pineapple, and zesty citrus. Finishing dry, with a kiss of grapefruit-like bitterness, a pour disappears deceptively quick.

**Golden Ale - 4.5% abv**

**Pilsner - 4.7% abv** Our traditional Pilsner is the result of a continued, iterative focus on lager brewing. This fine-tuned, German-influenced recipe features classic lager yeast, a grain bill of primarily Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, plus Hallertau Magnum and Saaz hops and extended lagering in our horizontal tanks.Pilsner pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. These flavors follow on the palate, with a balanced sweetness and subtle, noble hop bite. A crisp finish keeps this medium bodied beer refreshing and easy to drink.

**Double IPA - 9% abv** Presenting a densely hazy deep straw yellow, Really Big Bird wastes no time in offering its bouquet of fruit-forward aromatics. Beginning on the citrus side of the spectrum, we're first greeted with pungent notes of pithy orange, candied grapefruit, and lemon cello. As the glass warms, a tropical character presents itself in the form of a pineapple and papaya smoothie. Earthy undertones, centered around a piney bitterness create a wonderful balance atop a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel. We're going to need a bigger nest!

**West Coast Style IPA with Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin Hops - 7% abv** **Collaboration with Monkish Brewing Co. (Torrance, CA), Sante Adairius Rustic Ales (Capitola, CA), and Side Project Brewing (St. Louis, MO)**

**Kolsch-Inspired Ale - 4.9% abv** Originally brewed as our hoppy welcome to Spring after the long, dark months of winter, this low ABV, kölsch inspired ale is cool fermented and dosed with Nelson Sauvin. Lower fermentation temperature slows the yeast's metabolism and provides balance by gently subduing super-fruity esters and spicy phenols. Sprang is refreshingly light bodied with aromatics of earthy evergreen, passion fruit, and faint doughy malt. Flavors of concord grape, mango, and herbaceous white wine interweave with cracker-crisp, pilsner malt character and minimal bitterness. The finish is dry with a lasting touch of grain. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**

**Ale with Orange, Black Tea & Pink Peppercorn - 4.5% abv**

**Imperial Boston Stout - 9.1% abv** Pouring a deep, pitch black hue with subtle ruby highlights and a khaki head, Super Secret Stairs offers a bold and enticing nose with aromas of rich, Mexican hot chocolate, cinnamon-brown sugar, and freshly brewed coffee. Waves of melted milk chocolate wash over the palate underlined by notes of ground hazelnuts, vanilla cream and chewy molasses cookies. With a nourishing, medium-to-full mouthfeel and light bitterness, Super Secret Stairs is balanced with a faintly smokey, drying roast that makes for a cozy, mouthwatering sip.

**IPA with Galaxy & Mosaic Hops - 7% abv** Hopped with the incredibly vibrant and aromatic duo of Mosaic and Galaxy, this beer is profoundly tropical. Intense notes of fresh stone fruit, mango juice, pineapple, and pine dance across the palate. Pillowy soft with a creamy mouthfeel and dry finish, The Fens is a joy to drink.

**Italian Pilsner - 5.3% abv**

**Berliner Weisse with Raspberry - 7% abv** For Twice the Daily Serving, we've amplified the mouthfeel, fruit addition, and ABV to achieve our most expressive and luscious fruit beer to date. Brewed with an outlandish amount of raspberries, this beer pours a gorgeous deep ruby red color. Lively aromas of homemade jam, juicy raspberry, and mixed berry fruit leather delight the palate. It finishes full-bodied, slightly sweet, and remarkably drinkable.
