5% ABV | An American blonde ale featuring Wisconsin honey, with a sweet, fruity aroma, citrus accents & a dry finish.

5.75% ABV | A highly drinkable copper Ale, highlighting toasted malt & traditional hops for a bright, clean finish.

5.25% ABV | A hazy IPA, unfiltered & double dry-hopped, that showcases tropical, citrus & herbal flavors & aromas with balanced bitterness.

5.75 % ABV | A Wisconsin IPA, inspired by a local legend, crazy ol' Aunt Cal... it's fruity, bitter & just a little unbalanced.

5.75% ABV before barrel-aging | An American brown ale partially aged in bourbon barrels, resulting in a balance of caramel, vanilla & oak flavors & aromas.

5.75 % ABV | A robust porter; black, full-bodied & bursting with the flavors of chocolate, caramel & roasted malts.

5.25 % ABV | A Bavarian-style Hefeweizen with a clove-like flavor & aroma, banana undertones & no bitterness.

8.25% ABV | A hazy, imperial IPA, brewed with a bounty of juicy, fruity hops & left unfiltered to maximize the hops' flavor & aroma.

9% ABV before barrel-aging | An imperial blonde ale brewed with agave, blood orange & cherry puree, then aged in tequila barrels. It is rather light in body, fruity (more cherry than orange), relatively sweet with a tequila accent & dangerously easy-drinking.

7.5% ABV before barrel-aging | Barrel aging characteristics are far more pronounced here than in Rocky's Revenge, this beer's granddaddy; it is a fine specimen with lots of bourbon, vanilla & oak flavors & aromas.

8.5% ABV before barrel-aging | The Kissers Monday Night Special is our homage to one of our favorite local bands! To match the foot-stomping, fist-shaking music of The Kissers, we took an Irish-style double stout and "whiskeyfied" it in some of the finest bourbon whiskey barrels we could find.

14% ABV | TWENTY-FIVE (commemorating our 25th Anniversary on 11/12/2024) is an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels then transferred and aged in bourbon, cognac and cherry bitters barrels. Three cheers to 25 years!
