Entrees: o Mushroom Merlot Braised Beef Tips w/Truffle Butter Egg Noodles o Cranberry & Orange Roasted Chicken w/Potato Gratin & Rosemary Bearnaise o Honey Butter Glazed Rainbow Carrots o Blistered Cherry Tomatoes o Fresh Greens tossed with Spiced Apples, lemon and thyme chevre, shaved prosciutto, and roasted beet balsamic. Dessert: o Cherry Bourbon Cake Vanilla cake with bourbon caramel, cherry compote, candied pecans and whipped cream.
