The Chef's Table at Carmagnola
The Chef’s Table at Carmagnola is an intimate, five-course tasting experience designed to place you at the heart of our kitchen. Guided by the season and inspired by the finest local ingredients, each course is thoughtfully selected and prepared by our culinary team to showcase both tradition and creative expression—many finished over a live wood fire that adds depth, warmth, and character to every plate. Seated just steps from the action, guests are invited to slow down and engage—watching time-honored techniques come to life as the aromas and energy of the wood-fired kitchen surround the table. From handmade pastas to expertly prepared meats kissed by flame, every dish reflects our commitment to craft, balance, and hospitality. Offered at $115* per person, the Chef’s Table is a shared culinary journey best enjoyed with our optional wine pairing for $50 per person, curated to complement each course and elevate the experience. At Carmagnola, the Chef’s Table is more than a meal—it’s a conversation, a celebration of seasonality, and an invitation to connect over food cooked with intention and fire. *Tax and gratuity is additional and will be charged at time of reservation.
Available Times
All guests on the reservation are required to participate in the tasting menu. Reservations can be made for 2-14 people. We’re always happy to assist with reservation changes when notified in advance. As the chef’s table is a carefully curated experience, we’re unable to accommodate rescheduling or changes within 48 hours of your reservation. Reservations canceled or modified within this timeframe are non-refundable without prior communication. We want to ensure that your entire party has a wonderful experience at the Chef's Table and are happy to design an inclusive menu to suit the needs of those dining with us. With this in mind, we need to be made aware of any reasonable requests in advance. Please note that based on the culinary process, sourcing, and preparation put into preparing your experience, we must be made aware of dietary restrictions, allergies, or accommodations when when the reservation is made. We can not guarantee that we will be able to modify or substitute dishes at the time of seating and refunds will not be given outside of the 48 hour window.
