This multi-course dinner highlights the connection between local farmers, seasonal ingredients, and the craft of thoughtful flavor building, both in the kitchen and behind the bar. Guests are invited to begin the evening with an optional gathering at the Farmers’ Market in McPike Park, where we'll stroll the market together before walking back to The Deliciouser for a dinner inspired by the day’s bounty. The menu will showcase the best of the season, with ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and producers. Much like the farmers we'll be celebrating, Bittercube's work begins with exceptional ingredients. Founded in 2009 by two bartenders with a shared vision, the Milwaukee-based company has been crafting bitters by hand, drawing on relationships with farmers and botanical suppliers to create innovative flavors that bring depth and balance to cocktails and cuisine alike. Guests may choose to add an optional drink pairing featuring Bittercube's distinctive bitters, thoughtfully incorporated into cocktails and spirit-free beverages. You'll also find Bittercube woven into select dishes, highlighting the versatility and depth these handcrafted bitters can bring to the table.
