A past James Beard Award winner, Chef Itaru brings both exceptional talent and a spirit of collaboration to this one-night-only experience. After working in the same community for years, Chef Itaru and Chef Patrick are finally joining forces for an unforgettable evening. Built around creativity, seasonal ingredients, and the honorable work of local farmers. This five-course tasting menu will celebrate the beauty of local ingredients while exploring unexpected approaches to familiar products. Known for his thoughtful and refined cooking at Fairchild, Chef Itaru will venture beyond his usual style for the evening. Bringing his originality and perspective into collaboration with The Deliciouser team. It will be a dinner rooted in curiosity and a shared love of great food.
